RB Maurice Clarett (B1G Freshman of the Year, National Champion)

Skip Clueless on CP this morning said he feels sorry for Mo. If the NFL had allowed him entrance after the 2002 season, none of this would have happened.

Hey Skip. Do the names Cecil Collins and Rae Carruth ring a bell? As I recall, they were NFL players when they got locked up for some minor crimes like armed robbery and murder 1.

Well fuck, if it wasn't for the fact that being shot in the heart kills people, then that guy I shot yesterday wouldn't have died. Stupid God.

I really don't believe his life would be any different if he would have been allowed to enter the draft. He clearly lacked the work ethic to get it done at the next level.
God dammit sushi, we're trying to blame other people here. Take this garbage somewhere else.

If I were a mod in this forum......

I blame A-Rod.

Everytime I read a story that includes the name of Clarett's lawyer, Nick Mango, I chuckle. Nick Mango sounds like the name of a porn star, or a character from a romance book or bad detective novel.

Would you tell a flower not to bloom?
Would you tell a rainbow not to have colors?
NO! Such is Mango.

Were you charged with DUI? Did you fight off the police requiring tazers, mace, and use of force by more than one officer? Do you honestly believe they're going to go to all that trouble, and throw him in the paddy wagon while he's kicking and screaming, then just say, "Oh fuck, let's have him stand on one leg, touch his nose, and count backwards from ten!"

Yeah, sure ... he's going to cooperate with the police then! :roll2:

You are totally right, I guess that I just didnt liek the way the report was written. Suggesting that he didnt seem to be drunk at all is what set me off.

I'm seeing that "The Ozone" forum is having a meltdown about something Joe Montgomery said on the radio about Clarett. They are furious at Montgomery for something but I couldn't find the quote/point they took exception to. Could someone clue me in?
