Can you give me a link that has the statements from police that say they didn't have probable cause to administer a breath test? I haven't seen that yet.
My brother just called with the straight scope relayed from a caller on 610 radio.
MC was originally supposed to go to ND because of influence from the mob. He backed out and went to OSU instead. This cost the mob a bunch of money, which he never repaid.
On the eve of the Fiesta Bowl the mob killed one of his friends to send him a message. MC has been carrying a gun ever since.
Now I will admit, this sounds a bit far fetched at first. But when you think it over, he did lose a friend to a violent death on the eve of the Fiesta and ND does have a football team. So it must be true.
People forget that he was a nutcase during his Buckeye career as well.
1. Called out the team before he ever played a game saying they weren't practicing hard enough. All was forgiven because he became an immediate star.
2. Stupidly said he wanted to turn pro just before the Wisconsin game. Who can forget how stupid he looked on the ESPN magazine cover. It was funny how clueless Buckeye fans defended him back in the day saying that ESPN the magazine had conned him into that ignorant looking cover shot.
3. Called out Andy Geiger as a liar when he whined about attending his loser friend's funeral before the Fiesta Bowl. Any other player would have been suspended for something like that.
4. Acted like he could care less after winning the Fiesta Bowl.
One and done? Try 10-15, asswipe.
I heard the best quote today that originally came from his HS coach at Harding...
"Maurice demands respect from everyone but refuses to give it to anyone."
.
If your earlier reported theory espoused by someone in the CPD is backed up with anything remotely close to credible evidence, then that will put this recent episode in a much more negative light. (It was already very bleak, but that would be an over the top touch that would land him major jail time).
