I still don't see the Mike Hart comparisons, but I know one thing, w're gonna have a serious battle on our hands to land this kid after running that 40 time, and being at that Miami camp in general. He was singled out as the best RB prospect at the event. The Big 3 in FL, as well as the SEC have to be drooling trying to land this kid. It's gonna be great to see if we can get him!

well he is coming up for a visit. I think wen u factor in his character he's a likely good fit for this team. You know the sayin "A Bill Parcells Guy"... lol...Berry seems like a "TRESSEL GUY". hopefully we really impress him on the visit, and lock this kid down.

Florida Back Targeted By USC, Clemson

By Phil Kornblut
RB Jaamal Berry (5-11 190) of Miami has a number of schools desiring his talents. Two of his offers are USC and Clemson. "Coach Gillespie (USC) said he'd love to coach a back like me," Berry said. "He said I'd be a perfect fit and I'd be one of the best backs they've had there. Clemson seems like they like me a lot. They said the whole coaching staff is excited about me and can't wait to see me." Berry said he wants to visit USC and Clemson as soon as he can. He has not been to see any schools yet, but he might go to Florida State this Friday. He is going to Florida's spring game Saturday. And he's going to Ohio State April 19th for the spring game. He has offers from USC, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Auburn, Ole Miss, Florida International, Minnesota, Rutgers, Tennessee and West Virginia. He's expecting an offer from Ohio State this week. He's also hearing from MIchigan, Southern Cal and Oklahoma. "All the schools are equal," Berry said. Berry, who reported a 4.3 forty, rushed for 1033 yards and 14 touchdowns last season.

That's pretty high praise. USC has had a mountain of great backs.

Edit: By "USC" does he mean "University of South Carolina" or "Southern Cal"?
