RB Ezekiel Elliott (All B1G, All-American, National Champion, Pro Bowl, All Pro, Los Angeles Chargers)

I love seeing the lanes wide open. If the OLine can pick up where they left off i wouldn't be surprised to see zeke breeak 2000 next season. I loved watching Hyde run bc of his power but him and zeke are 2 different styles he can make those cuts and break the perimeter faster and get the extra yards with speed...oh and he can jump a little bit. 2015 needs to get here ASAP

I honestly wouldn't predict higher numbers, probably around similar to this year if not less. I don't see him playing the entirety of the OOC games, or even against the bottom feeders of the B1G. Curtis Samuel, Dunn, Ball, and Weber will play a bigger role there, and I can envision our Pivots getting more carries as well. I honestly wouldn't want EzE to take the beating it'd take to get to 2000yds. I want him fresh for the last 3gms(B1G Championship, Semi Final and NC). Another NC and EzE healthy is more important than 2000yds, IMO

I remember when Hyde left and I thought we'd never see another RB of his caliber for a long, long time...

If only he had SEC speed...

How many runs did Alabama defend last year against SEC teams? Let's say 30 runs a game.. is that a fair estimate? 25? 35?
Multiply that by 9 games and that's how many runs they defended. Well, Elliot, in 1 game, has both of the top 2 runs against Alabama in the 2014 season. How many times did he run the ball? 25?

...one of which was the longest run from scrimmage against Alabama during the entire Nick Saban era.

Epic.
