RB Brandon "Zoom" Saine (official thread)

Well let me start by just saying that Haw was due to a start and stop of a stop watch on a fast track one time.

Saine did it on a consistent basis on the track...
I'm with cbf40 on this one. Remaining optimistic till shown otherwise. I know, track speed vs football speed is the next argument, but he did put up on the field in HS, plus demonstrate great speed on track.

I loved his video from the moment I first saw it and his season did nothing to turn me away. He had a great state title game and then he had a nice showing in the all-star game.

If he doesnt play rb I think there is going to be a spot for him.

One thing I thought about the other day, if he doesnt pan out on offense, with his size and speed combo he could make for a great OLB if he could learn the position.

Saine Catching Passes out of the Backfield

Did anyone see the catch out of the backfield that Reggie Bush made in the Saints v Bears game?

I can see JT calling a play like that with Brandon's name on it. Good hands and superb speed should make this a play to watch for this year with tOSU.

The state's record-holder in the 100 meters (10.38 seconds), Saine is expected to sign a National Letter of Intent on Wednesday to play for Ohio State next season.
