Head Coach
He can catch, but last night wasn't his night for receiving.
I am not doubting you, I am just saying that it might be easier to get him the ball by handing it to him than trying to pass it to him.

great find... this shows how impressive his night was. His ability to shrug off tons of tacklers was incredible. The coaches may want to use Saine in many ways, but this kid can run the football. Here are highlights of Saine vs. Grove City. he looks like he is definitely a RB. Enjoy!

Plus I made a few cameos in my red shirt and khaki shorts :p
I think they trusted their stud kicker (definitely D1 material), who I believe had two touchbacks at first. If they had squibbed from the beginning, I'm not sure if Piqua would have been able to overcome the Grove City domination/momentum (which was the case before the first KR TD). I have no idea why they kicked to him again... tho they figured it out after he amassed 190 yds on those two returnswhy did they even kick to him once, and then a second time?

darn... beat me to it...Here are highlights of Saine vs. Grove City. he looks like he is definitely a RB. Enjoy!

Wow, looks a little different than last year's highlight reel. He really shows some good runs and tackle-breaking ability. Is it just me or is he a little bigger too? I wonder what size he's playing at right now? Does anyone know when Piqua's next game is? I can't help but fast-forward my thinking to a year a so from now with Wells and Saine in the backfield... unstoppable?? He really does look like a true RB.
True, this is a kid that you will not take down with a arm tackle. If you don't hit him square on(In the open field), he is gone. Hell even if you hit him square on, he still might run you over.I know that there was a knock on him that he might just be a straight ahead runner, but from those videos, he just doesnt go down. He has great body control and is real shiffty and with him being as big as he is he can run through arm tackles. I say line him up in the backfield and give him 20 carries a game. Screw the WR bull, he needs his hands on the ball about as many times as possible.
it was impressive... it reminded me a lot of my alma mater (Lakeshore High School, Stevensville, MI). Tho our band could mop the floor with theirs [/bandsmack:!]Josh what did you think of the atmosphere at Grove City?
Not many schools in Central Ohio can match it.
