How far up do we move after we beat SC? Do we move up at all considering the mentality in sports circles? Do we pass SC up?

It will depend on how big the spread is. If we win by 15 or more, in a perfect world, we'd move up to third. And it's not a perfect world, so in real life we'll move up one or two spots.

If we win like we did over Navy, in a perfect world, we'll only jump one spot. And it's not a perfect world, so in real life it will depend on what the schools right behind us do. If they blow out somebody while we eek out a victory (even over USC), we may drop a spot.

Either way, USC would be ranked right behind us, waiting / hoping we blow it at some point soon.
