Racist Band-Aids

Does it aggravate anyone else that all the band aids are made for white people?

I'm white but when I see a black guy wearing a band aid, I just can't imagine not having a Band Aid for my skin color. And what's the alternative? Sponge Bob Band Aids? Clear Band Aids with a white person colored pad? Seems like a marketing opportunity to me.
