Update:

It's now been 3 weeks with no cigarette. My next goal is to exercise on a regular basis... I'd imagine it'll take a few tries for that as well

Man, it feels good doesn't it? My sense of smell and taste are starting to come back. I've also been waking up a lot easier. I used to sleep in all the time, now I'm up bright and early and my hangovers haven't been nearly as bad.

The best part though is I've been able to actually play basketball instead of golf or tennis.:)

Any smoker's who have been thinking of quitting, I recommend this book.

I've tried to quit a few times before and even though I had a real good reason to quit this time also I don't think I would have been able to quit without this book. And I know I wouldn't have been able to quit, well as the title says so easily. So anyway if your thinking of quitting the books like $15 and your supposed to smoke the whole time your reading it. I really recommend giving it a shot. The worst that can happen is your out 15 bucks.
