as time marches on i am talking with the recruits more and far i have been trying to space out the posting of interviews.....

would you rather have them spaced out or just as they come in....

if i space them out....they will be consistent....but if i do them as they come.. it may be 2 or 3 in a day with a lag afterwards...

your still feeling my way through all of this....

Personally, it depends on the recruit. For the guys who are firm commits (O'Neal, Williams, Boone, Hartline...) I think u should space those interviews out. However, for guys who are right now our main focus (Worthington, McCoy, Wells, etc..) the sooner you can get those up, the happier I'd be. That's just my take.

I would say post and share as they come in. If there are 2 or 3 in one day and then a little lag until the next one, so be it.

BTW, awesome job with what you are doing Alan!

As they come in. Obviously we'd like a little more emphasis on those who haven't pulled the trigger, but regardless, if there's a couple-day lag, so be it.

Yeah spacing out the recruits that we already have (who aren't thinking of wavering or anything scary like that) would be be cool and then of course the ones we are hoping to get or hoping to keep, get those as quick as you could..but it don't really matter to me, I'm just appreciative of the info you and others give out, you could easily make people pay or what not, but you don't..and that my buckeye brothers and sisters, is awesome!
