Back to Sayin....being a negative Nelly, thought crossed my mind when the 'people in the know' vote for Heisman. To us Buckeyes, Julian Saying should receive the trophy now...however, the voters are gonna say, well, he had the two Biletnikoff trophy co-winners to throw to, therefore we're giving it to ...... We've seen the voters go anti-Buckeye forever. Hopefully not this year, as my scarlet & gray glasses show us winning the O'Brien, Heisman, Biletnikoff, the LB award, the lineman award, and the Thorpe award, plus more that cannot remember. If you tune into other games, the announcers are as effusive about the players on the games they're announcing, just proving they're pandering to their audience. Anyway, am seeing outstanding performances by Sayin, as well as others during this season. Also believe that the Buckeyes have been 'in charge' of each and every game they've played, even the Texas one. Oh yeah, give Patricia the 'Asst Coach' award, for what he's done for the Buckeyes has been over and above a miracle. Also, Day isn't going to get coach of the year award, even when we win it all. That's already been reserved for Cignetti....

It’s not an AI generated awards. Human beings vote hopefully sensibly. Anyone who has watched tOSU Sayin could’ve put up more stats. It’s not like OSU is calling UCLA today saying let’s play Saturday no one is ducking teams.

Great point exhawg. Well, the NFL folk do! It's called the draft. Yeah, I get that alot of teams draft according to needs, but overall, the draft shows where the pros place the collegiate players that come out. And beyond that, believe that the contract renewals also show who's doing well. Believe there's plenty of first rounders that - for whatever reason- don't get that big second contract, given to those players that produce in the pros. 'Not all that glitters is gold'.....
