Did anyone happen to hear Mark May's comments afterward? I'm just curious as what he said last week ("Pryor needs to prove himself against a real team in a real hostile environment" or words to that effect) really seemed to stick in TP's craw. I refuse to watch any of espins college football coverage unless there's a game and I can't help it, but I read about these comments this week in the Dispatch. Terrelle still feels he has something to prove and that's dangerous for the rest of the teams on OSU's schedule.

Oh trust me I am! I know a cool sports writer,he is on air on WDVE as well & he hates State Penn! This will be a good game for around here.
You do see alot more people sporting OSU gear now!
Him & one of the other d.j.'s were at the game in Columbus in 2006 & loved it. They were remarking on the design of the Shoe & how nice it is compared to the field & crappy stadium which has a chain link fence around it up north!

I fail to see what the problem is with what Mark May said. Pryor had yet to prove himself in a hostile environment.

He said he was impressed with Pryor and the last drive that he made. THat's about all I can remember.

Way to go for Terrelle. In the last drive alone we saw him mature quite a bit. His confidence seems to swell every game. He just needs to work on getting rid of the ball when necessary, and that his little pump-fake is not gonna get it done in the B10...While I was watching the post-game, I truly realized that he is just a freshman after hearing how young his voice sounded, and how almost insecure/uncomfortable he looked with reporters all over him. I also loved his comment on Beanie: "he's a grown man", and what Beanie apparently said to him before the last drive: "this is a man's world, and you're stepping into manhood". Good stuff. But congrats to Terrelle and the rest of the Buckeyes for stepping into a hostile environment, and getting the job done.

Another learning step in TP's development as a QB. Great job by the young man hanging in there and helping lead the Buckeyes to the win.

I did not get to see the entire game, but watching and listening and hearing that we struggled to score in the first half, I wondered if TB might get a look. The fact that Tress stuck with TP in the pressure filled 4th quarter with the game on the line shows how TP has won over the staff as well as the entire team. Keep up the good work young man.

The touchdown run.

Voting is open and Pryor's TD option-keeper is one of the four plays nominated. Given the other three plays occurred in games that became blowouts or keyed rallies before the half, Pryor should win this one going away.
