if the coaches are introducing him to program legends on campus, this will end his recruitment. So I doubt this is happening.

Well, there has to be more to it than that. I doubt the OSU coaches are going to let all those former players walk around and meet recruits if they thought it was against the rules.

One of the most overused phrases in recruiting is "let's just trust the coaches." I think that phrase is appropriate here. I'm sure the OSU staff and compliance department know what they are doing and are not blantantly committing recruiting violations in front of hundreds of high school players, coaches and families, not to mention the media (if any) on hand.
