Looked through this thread to see if it was already posted, didn't find it so thought I'd share it. Feel free to take it down if the article was already up.

Anyways, it was a good read and he seems like a pretty good kid. States that he has a Top 5 of Pitt, PSU, OSU, Michigan, and ND. Also brought up some interesting points about every school in his Top 5 bringing in young QB's, except Ohio State. Think it might come down to playing time for him, and in my opinion he probably gets on the field quickest at Ohio State. Devlin at PSU has already redshirted and will have 2 years on Pryor, Bostick seems to fit Pitt's offense better (he's very much like Palko), and if Clausen and Mallett are as good as advertised he's not playing early at ND or UM either.

Not so fast, my friend.

The Ohio State has (year after next) a 6th year senior QB, a redshirt sophomore Elite 11 QB, and a redshirt freshman stuf in Antonio Henton.

One thing Ohio State will not be pitching is early playing time.

In modern athletics, comparisons are inevitable -- if not ridiculous.
Every outstanding running back is the next Reggie Bush. Every big wide receiver is the next Calvin Johnson.
But there is one dominant figure from the last few years that no one had been compared to because of his rare physical stature and skills -- Vince Young, the former Texas quarterback and current Tennessee Titans QB that just received NFL Rookie of the Year honors.

I would say Terrelle has just recently started paying attention to QB recruiting and how it will effect him. When Shoenhoft was an Elite 11 QB, Terrelle was in 8-9th grades? I doubt RS will factor much into this. I would say last year and this year would be really the first times Terrelle may have started to look at what QB's teams were bringing in. PSU has Devlin from last year and Pitt has Bostick from this year. Both were big time recruits who got lots of press and I am sure Terrelle knows all about them being from PA. ND and UM each signed well publicized QB's this year as well. I would say the only QB on our roster that TP might be familiar with us recruiting is Henton. Henton was an undervalued kid out of Georgia, not really a name that will "scare" a kid like TP away. IMO Henton will be terrific but his "name" does not carry the same clout as a Devlin, Bostick, Clausen and Mallet.

Let me just state the obvious. I hope we get Pryor. I mean, I REALLY want this kid in the '08 class. BUT...if we land him, someone's transferring.

I do like how he mentioned us as the only team though that didn't bring in a QB with this class. He's making some nice early points here that point to us being the big winner. Him wearing Buckeye shirts on more than one occasion can't hurt either.

Let's just keep this kid out of the south. :)

At Jeannette, Pa., the nation's No. 1 overall football prospect for 2008, Terrelle Pryor, also has the Irish situated on his bulky list of favorites. But can the ND coaches convince the 6-foot-6, 220-pound quarterback with 4.4 speed in the 40-yard dash that playing defensive end is more desirable? And would they be willing to let the nation's No. 3 wing forward and No. 23 men's basketball prospect overall in the class of 2008 play two sports?
