Link?Issue has already been resolved. Legal teams and compliance department have spoken with Braxton. He has made no money from Advocare as of yet so no violation took place. More of a misunderstanding from Braxton who has now changed everything to meet NCAA and Advocare guidelines
Posession of stolen items is illegal. Also you might get sick with how long you've had those crab legs.I've got a photo signed by Johnny Fooball for which he claims he did not receive compensation and a plaque on a pew in Cam Newton's father's church. I also have a bag of frozen crab legs...
BuckeyePlanet two months ago: "He should just give up his final year of eligibility. He's never gonna play QB here again anyway."
BuckeyePlanet today: "Did he just jeopardize his eligibility? What a fucking idiot!"
JLB - I thought the answer two months ago was that Brax should look at being an H - back and how talented he could be at that position, but that JT - and now CJ - had a much greater potential. Frankly, I'm surprised that he's shown no inclination toward such a move as I can't - couldn't - see him playing QB at the next level. IMO such is the price of a free will.
This, the Advocare issue, sends off alarms and I see a team on the cusp of sustained achievement suddenly at risk. If the NCAA can take down the program for tattoos, why not for product endorsement/solicitation? Especially if Brax is only one of several team members pushing the product.
Maybe I should change to Paranoiabuck...
The internet is really bad at identifying those things that are actual serious NCAA rule violations and those that are not.
