QB/WR Braxton Miller (B1G POY, National Champion, OSU HOF)

Why was that last penalty a 22 yarder? LOL Guess the referees are just as lost as the announcers :tongue2:

EDIT: Oh and that last spin move Braxton put on, made me think he was going to spin right out of his shoes... Then keeps going up the field against two defenders and splits the two and gets the first down, let's face it, that was a horrible spot. But who needs a first down when you CAN'T stop Braxton on the ground.

This is the first time I have seen this kid and he is exciting as hell. I just hope they don't get him killed through overuse as a runner.

He reminds me more of Pat White than Terrelle Pryor. White was a pretty dynamic college QB so it's cool.

He's been in Wayne's system for 3 years, this being his 4th. They have honestly relied HEAVILY on their run game in each of his years at Wayne. The only thing that's held him back is injuries. The first one was a freak, bottom of the pile, ankle break.. The second being a hip bruise. Honestly Miller is tough as nails, IIRC he was mad at the coaches last season for keeping him out as long as they did. I don't know about you, but I like that intensity in a player. Do I think he should have been in those games? No, but the fact that he wanted to be out there impresses me. He is a true leader.

IMO the OC is dropping the ball. They should be throwing more on first down, and quit rolling the pocket so much. OC has got a Benz, go drive it.

Agreed. Hopefully the play calling improves as the season moves along. Given how Wayne has played Moeller, I'm completely confident the rest of the GWOC has no opportunity to stop Miller this year, he looks like he's on a mission out there.

Why does Luginbill mix "in the pocket" up with "in the open field"?? Everytime Miller tries to shake "out of the pocket", he gets wrapped up and taken down. Every time Miller gets "in the open field", it's three yards and a cloud..
