Get opposing teams (in TP's case, PSU and scUM) to reserve a scholarship for him and in so doing, not pursue other players, knowing full well he (TP) would select tOSU... obviously with nefarious intent to the other schools. Like I said, I don't buy it, but I have no insider information on which to base my opinion.

TP delayed his decision because he is also a 5 star bball player who was in the middle of the season/playoffs in Pennsylvania.

Haven't heard anything of the sort yet. But I was surprised reading that he would announce late because all I heard suggested a late summer committment at the latest. Good to hear he is set on announcing early.
