he was unfinished coming out of OSU... had 2020 been a normal season with a normal amount of games he should have left... I still feel he should have stayed for another season to craft his skills...

His issue in college was that he didn't seem to see the field very well and took too long to pull the trigger. It didn't matter as much in college because he had better protection and weapons that were able to get open. That issue didn't improve in the NFL.

Yep it was a noticable issue with him after Haskins. Cause Haskins got the ball out quick but Justin threw a better ball. Stroud was a combination of the 2 which is why he's done the best in the pros
