No matter how bad his rating might be, Fields is better at his job than you are Mr. I am in charge of the New York fucking Jets.Nothing like getting thrown under the bus and trucked by the owner

Woody Johnson rips Justin Fields, backs Aaron Glenn as Jets’ QB situation hits crisis point
Woody Johnson’s faith in head coach Aaron Glenn isn’t shaken, but the same can’t be said for Justin Fields.nypost.com
Mr. I just dissed my $30 Million guaranteed QBNo matter how bad his rating might be, Fields is better at his job than you are Mr. I am in charge of the New York fucking Jets.
I mean, if I was the brains of the Jets, I’d probably keep my mouth shut about how anyone else is doing their job.Mr. I just dissed my $30 Million guaranteed QB

As much as I love Justin, he has had PLENTY of opportunities.Justin has talent. He has been put in bad situations. He's still relatively young and could excel in the right offense. Same story for a lot of NFL QB's. Look at how many 1st round draft picks have been traded after a few years and are now flourishing.

Daniel “Dimes” Jones has found a nice fit with Steichen and Jonathan Taylor with the Colts.I'm curious.
- What is the "right offense" ?
- Who are all of these "flourishing" young QBs?
Best I can think *might* be Sam Darnold and that's pushing it.
Baker can't win without Mike Evans.
Trying to think of what names I'm missing?
He's had plenty shitty opportunities. He still needs to learn to process quicker....and that's probably a career death sentence, but the Bears, Arthur Smith Steelers (where he actually won), and the Jets aren't exactly places to thrive. As much as I love Justin, he has PLENTY of opportunities.
It's easy to discredit somebody's argument when you take away solid points like Darnold and Baker. Those 2 are killing it now. Danny Dimes like OHSportsFan said is another. Geno Smith in Seattle was another guy the Jets tried to ruin. Once Bryce Young gets out of Carolina, I'll be interested to see if he gets a good landing spot....see if he can follow the Darnold and Baker path.I'm curious.

Baker has been winning all year without Evans. Evans gets hurt all the time. What are you talking about? He absolutely gets creditI'm curious.
