Screw NYC, I like him finally being able to lead a team into an NC and winning it! A Wilson offense could be great for him, and imvery interested in seeing how Day will help him

Kevin Wilson is at his best with pocket QB's who have some athleticism. Not really JT's make-up but I expect our offense to look much better than last year.
I'm curious to see if Wilson can make JT a legit NFL prospect (actually draftable). Had JT come out this year he doesn't get selected. Wilson could actually get Barrett into draftable range with a good year and some shown knowledge of how to operate a passing system.

It's basically been said but if JT says that, you can take it to the bank. Watching JT digress under Beck was painful to watch and he is such a great leader and hard worker. I think he is going to thrive under the new coaches. Very happy to have him back next year.

According to Bovada, the Week 2 matchup of Oklahoma and Ohio State will be a collision of two preseason Heisman favorites.
The sportsbook released its newest 2017 Heisman odds Monday. Lamar Jackson, the 2016 Heisman winner, checks in at No. 3 on the list.

Getting JT back was big for the program, both b/c he is arguably the best offensive player in the B1G, and b/c if he left there probably would have been some shake up in the QB room. If he leaves & Burrow or Haskins take the job and runs with it the other one might look to transfer. And you never know how that makes Martell & Emory Jones feel. If Martell somehow wins the job and looks like a the perfect fit, like a fun-size Tebow, that would cause all kinds of shake up. Now all 4 will feel comfortable heading into 2018 on an equal playing field (and 2 of them will be draft eligible fwiw)

JT's "regression" coincided with the installation of two guys who in retrospect had no business coordinating an offense for a program with National Title aspirations. Watch him in 2014 after he got his footing; he is capable at performing at a very high level if he operates within a coherent gameplan...something I'm not sure we've had since the NCG against Oregon. It also just so happens his play fell off when the destroyer of quarterbacks was assigned as his coach. I have high confidence that Kevin Wilson will propel a return to form.
