Yea...I was thinking more along the lines that his Heisman resume was in the shredder. It's gonna take a lot of tape to piece it back together.I have to disagree with the assessment that Barrett "added to" his Heisman resume against Indiana. Passing line: 9-of-21 for 93 yards.

That's the tape. Consistent good performances against the rest of our schedule and that thing will look good as new.It will take one good passing stat day against a name opponent.
Heisman is basically the best compiled stats from the QB of one of the best teams.
Agreed. If Barrett has monster stats against Wisconsin next week, we'll be talking about him. Right now it's a three horse race between Jackson, Watson, and Barrett imo.It will take one good passing stat day against a name opponent.

And winning on the big stage. We have some prime time games coming up as well as a possible 1 vs 2 matchup with that school up north and the B1G Championship game. If we go undefeated and he plays like he is capable of, he gets the Heisman. No, it really won't. Did Watson's go in the shredder after Auburn and Troy? It's all about winning

I really could care less about winning the Heisman, but he better pick up his game if we're going to go to the promised land. And winning on the big stage. Yes, National Championship first, Heisman second. I do care about winning the Heisman. It looks good for the program and would be great for J.T.I really could care less about winning the Heisman, but he better pick up his game if we're going to go to the promised land.
Not sure I can agree with a 21 point win being a worse game than a 14 point loss. And when a win comes via a 230 yard game with 2 touchdowns from your quarterback and people say it's a bad game you know you are talking about one of the all time greats. In fact that's exactly what JT will finish his career as: the GOAT quarterback at OSU.That was the poorest played game I have seen from JT (including VTech). But every player has an off game and I am not even a little worried. He has played lights out this year and has in the past, he'll bounce back and keep playing like the stud that he is. Nothing to see here, carry on.
