QB CJ Stroud (All B1G, 2022 B1G QB of the Year, All-American, NFL OROY, Houston Texans)

Welp, no Heisman this year with that loss but it certainly wasn't his fault. Threw a couple of oops passes but for the most part was on target and he escaped a few times.

Hope he develops even more going into next season. The two times this year he had big runs the refs fucked him with a BS holding call. Move forward young man and let this loss drive you.

He played well. He finished strong in a tough spot. He saved a couple terrible snaps and didn't turn the ball over. Made some nice passes. Would still like to see him become more of a dual threat.

Showed very good growth over the year....I was very tough on him early on, but he came along and then some.

Some of his issues I'd expect to get better with age, maturity, and experience, like handling pressure better....and some with full health, like being more of a threat on RPO's.

Corso "Not so fast my friend!" Young just lost Williams for the Iron Bowl so let's see his stats after this one now. Stroud played well but if they let him keep that running TD like they should, that was a Heisman type moment. Balled out this year regardless.

Not according to Gary (I sold my soul and integrity to the S-E-C) Danielson. He thinks this QB who has less than a 50% completion rate today and has lead his team to 1 TD in regulation has iced the Heisman with this performance.
Oh he just won the Heisman now. Bama winning in 4OTs cemented Youngs Heisman moment to the voters.

Even though he looked like hot garbage throughout the game and didn't come close to Strouds state
