Neither of which should have been an issue on that play.

No.. but I was responding to the proposal that the replay should have a "shot clock". I was noting that even if the ref makes the call in that time frame, he might need a little more time to figure other things out. It was more of a generic thought than it was specific to that play.

After further discussion, I've agreed that those "other issues" shouldn't take long to figure out, either.
