I feel like mediocre teams need to go back to triple option. It's crazy how much time you can bleed off now with the last couple clock changes.

Seems like Coastal Carolina and a few teams run a more modern version of it. At least gives you a chance to recruit.

Which was really surprising. The slurry wall they built should have been bulletproof. Its not like they didn't anticipate the water table issues.

years like this one I don't think it would be an issue, but if it's a wet fall, and 2006 was exceedingly MOIST, the issues multiply.

My brother went to ATI in Wooster and he said he was surprised it was so bad at the time.

I worked for a contractor who worked on the Renovation project (didn't have anything to do with the physical lowering of the field) but I had to drop materials off there a few times and one of the project managers walked me through how they designed the wall to keep the river out.

Yeah so it was basically this coffin of concrete around the field, and yeah there were systems to manage the water inside the coffin.
