Sky are saying the Lloris deal is now complete. I think it's a great signing at a position of need, but it seems rather anti-climactic.

I'm still hanging on the possibility of Moutinho. I didn't think a deal was remotely possible going into today or yesterday, but now my hopes have been raised and I'll probably be disappointed.
