Possible tOSU vs. ND in Fiesta Bowl.

A 9-2 Ohio State will go to a BCS bowl...we don't need anybody to lose. We'd get the at large bid. The Fiesta Bowl LOVES us. They'd take us as the at large in an instant. It's hard for me to believe that we will be out of the top 12 if we win out. We might not be top 6, but we'd likely be close to it. I think a lot of unlikely things would have to happen to keep us out of a BCS bowl if we win out.

Playing Notre Dame would be amazing. I wish we played them every year...they need to join the Big 10 so we can have a conference championship...it would just make for more exciting football. Think about playing Notre Dame 2 times every 4 years and the scUM game always being for a shot to play for the conference championship. That would be amazing! Come on Notre Dame...join our conference.

You have Wiscy in there twice if I'm not mistaken...what happened to Iowa??? Also looks D. A heavy

you're right, I had a typo...I don't think it is divison A heavy. I guess you could switch Minnesota and Wisconsin if you wanted to...but then i'd think division A would be really weak except for Michigan and Ohio State. You need Michigan, Michigan State, and Ohio State in the same division...so that you keep these teams playing each other every year. Also rivalries like Wisconsin and Minnesota, and Purdue vs Notre Dame, and Purdue Indiana would be played every year. Ohio State vs Illinois would also be played every year. I think it's the fairest way with keeping rivalries in play.

What if you kept tOSU and scUM in different divisions.
Then still schedule The Game for the end of the year.
If the two teams had already won their respective divisions, then that is the defacto championship game, if not then you still hold the actual champ game the following weekend.
That would just be to make each division pretty even, give the other teams a chance you know...

As for OSU vs ND, I would love to see that in a BCS bowl!

Too complicated. You couldn't have a "de facto" game. You'd have to play 2 games. There is no reason to not put them in the same conference. If Notre Dame joins the conference, then the other conference would be very tough too.

If we are co-champs and available to go, then I think the Fiesta Bowl would choose us. We have a huge fanbase nearby and it almost becomes a home game. Ohio State was very good for them.

And we all would love to see that game, eh Chief?
