Positive Rep or I Will Sue!

What, was this guy wacking off with sandpaper while chatting?

Why? Does that hurt, Mili? :wink2:

Gillespie, 53, claims that Marlowe and Bob Charpentier, a 52-year-old Oregon resident, insulted him and harassed him in the AOL chatroom called "Romance — Older Men" to the point where it inflicted "severe emotional distress and physical injury that is of a nature no reasonable man could be expected to endure it."

Or he could have just said "I'm suing because I'm the biggest pussy in the world"

Actually, I wonder if he'll use the new "to annoy" standard.

Bush signed into law last week a bill that makes it illegal to use the internet "to annoy" without giving your true identity (watch out Tibor!!!).

Up to 2 years in jail. "To annoy." Freakin' hilarious.

It reminds me of when Congress passed the bill banning swearing on the internet way back when. . .

I had a guy contact my employer about 10 years ago becasue I ripped him. Got My IP and found it came from a company server. My boss laughed like hell. I went to the penalty box and felt shame.

Riptide reportedly tattled on "RogerMoore" to the University of Pittsburgh server administrator. I never heard anything about it. actually, in a PM to Sir Roger, Riptide never mentioned anything about it, leading be to believe he never really did.

see, this is what pisses me off about all these laws we are passing here lately. "to annoy"? wtf does that mean? if i post something and it annoys someone without me giving my personal identity i might end up in jail for 2 years? well, that law annoys me and im sure its on the internet somewhere. so i say every single person who voted for it and approved it being placed on the internet are in clear violation of this law as i am rather annoyed by it and should be placed in prison for no less than 2 years. to annoy? wtf? did some senator get a lot of spam mail from the same addy one day or something?
