Poll Question - Which Young WR Will Step Up in 2004

After Santonio, Bam and Roy Hall, which of these young Buckeye receivers is gonna have the biggest year in 2004?

Tony Gonzales showed flashes in the spring game.

I don't expect much out of Bam. Whatever he does in the spring game is irrelevant, because it's never translated into games. If he's a major contributor it'd be a nice surprise, IMO.

I have to believe that Hollins will make a mark, even if it is a small one, his senior year. He has shown the ability but not the endurance. If he can stay healthy I think he makes few big plays for us this year.

I think Gonzo. He looked good in the spring game, even though I don't put a lot of stock in that. Call it a hunch.

Sorry I guess if I could vote again I'd go with Devin Jordan. Him and Zwick have a great connection I'm sure.

If Zwick ends up being the starter I think he'll look to Jordan if Devin gets playing time because of the familiarity there. I also can't wait to see what Dukes and Lyons can do.

Without assuming, I'd like to see Roy Hall step up. That said, I'll go with
one of my favorites: Gonzo.

Not going so much on his performance but on the # of times he was thrown to in the spring game I voted for Gonzo. I think he will be a playmaker.

I got a feeling that one of either Lyons or Dukes will step up and make an impact. I voted for Lyons in the poll. After him, I would predict Gonzalez.

gotta go with gonzo. he can do it all including special teams returning kicks and blocking kicks and covering kicks. plus he comes from iggy so he is ready for the big time already.

I'm going with Hollins. Tressel likes to give his seniors, especially 5th year seniors, a chance if he can. And Hollins got the punt block TD in the Fiesta Bowl, so I think JT will reward him for that.

Hollins without a doubt. He sounds focused and as if he's out to proove something to everybody.
I think he was far and away the best looking WR in the spring game. The spring game may not be reason enough to get all crazy about this guy, but after that showing, I thought he could be the #2 guy behind Holmes.
