If your all-time favorite player from your favorite team left, would you
follow the player or stay with the team?

When I was 12: player.

Now: team.

I think as you age your adulation for individuals reduces and you are a lot more faithful to a team. It is kind of similar to relationships, a persons feelings toward teams that is. When you're young and dumb you'll bounce around without much regard. As you grow older, you find yourself connecting and sticking with someone you have a lot in common with--even if it is mostly geographical. At least that is the norm. I may still like to watch that favorite player play, but I'm faithful to my team. It doesn't matter where you get your appetite, as long as you eat at home.

Depends. I like college football/basketball, MLB, and the NFL. Therefore, its ALWAYS my teams. No matter what. Thats the reason I had to like Braylon Edwards and hate Santonio Holmes (still couldn't, no matter how hard I tried).

BUT. I don't like the NBA. Its just horrible. I watched and rooted for the Cavs, because, although I'm a Browns fan, I'm in no way a fan of a city (Reds, Buckeyes, Browns), but I rooted for the Cavs because the LeBron factor, I loved the hometown superstar making my Cleveland fans happy.

Now, its just a player. And no, its not LeBron. I'm now a Sixers fan, and you should all know why :)
