An update on my garage cleaning since I know all of you are on the edges of your seats with excitement and wonder.
So far I have moved almost everything out of the middle of the floor and can now confirm that the concrete floor is still intact and in place.
Items moved include 3 sets of waders , three tricycles, two small bikes, one wagon White spray painted over the original red, five fishing poles. 1/2 flat of flowers, various gardening hand tools, four patio lawn chair pads,
one grill cover and several empty beer cans.

My sympathies - selling a house in NE Ohio is really tough these days.
Well like you said, the fence is painted.

Are you interested in a small statue of a saint you can bury upside down, facing the street?

i'm only one of a few people in my neighborhood with the virgin mary statue in the back yard

A statue is lame and unoriginal. You need something much more unusual to draw the people in. Maybe you could find a way to get the Virgin Mary on the cheese of a Cornersburg Pizza.

Tonight I am sanding and sealing a picnic table and bench that I resurfaced over the weekend. I've spent parts of the last two weekends hacking them apart, sanding and powder coating the old steel tube frames, and finally finished the last bit of reassembly last night.

Once that last coat of water sealant is on the table, I'm taking our golf cart for a cruise and maybe go for a swim. 6:00PM is Miller Time. I love summer!
