If USF were to lose this week and beat Pitt next week it would mean the BE conference leader would have a 1 game lead with 2 games to play and still not be Bowl eligible.

Lots of "if" in this but its worth repeating;

USF is an underdog on the road this week @ Louisville. If they lose and then beat Pitt next week at home.....Pitt would still have a 1 game lead for the BE championship and not be Bowl eligible.

As it is right now the BE leader (Pitt) will finish the weekend with at least a 1 game lead with 3 games to play and is not Bowl eligible.
