ND has run 4 plays since Pitt tied it, and 2 of them resulted in penalties on Pitt.

The Panthers average only 3 penalties per game. They now have 7.

What's this? A penalty on ND? Of course the announcers poo poo the call on the replay. Don't recall even seeing a replay on Pitt's penalties.

Fat Charlie is going to go for 4th down again. Dumb move at this point.

If they get stopped Pitt will have a shot to win it.
