Wow, Dan Patrick (on his radio show) is talking about columnists writing about how Aaron Craft is over-covered because he's white.

If anything, if he's over-covered (which he isn't), it's because he plays for Ohio State.

I think it stems from some idiot on Bleacher Report or some user-created website, but people are lacking subject ideas (I think it was some troll writing it).

AC getting love

It was surreal driving to work today (I work in that Whore up north) and listening to the Detroit morning guy (Matt Shepherd) going on and on about Aaron Craft.

I guess he talked to Craft before the championship game... very impressed with Craft one on one. Also said, "I don't know if he'll play on the next level but you want this guy on your team!"

Then they took a call, from a Spartan fan, said he and his family were in Chicago for the tournament and they hated to lose but they all loved them some Aaron Craft.

The rest of the Big Ten cannot wait until he graduates.

Let's hope the officials let the Bucks play defense!



One of those guys you love if he's on your team but I guess if you have to play against him you're looking for something to not like about him...

Call me a homer but I do not think that one individual player in the Big Ten has been more important to their team than Craft. He does so much for this team and it is more than just his defense. Tremendous leader and now starting to score... Oh My!

It's Chris Kramer syndrome. You hate going against someone who is up in your face guarding you every second of the game. As a Reds fan I consider him like Pete Rose in basketball. Gives 100% no matter what and will do anything to win.

Honestly, I think it is an injustice to compare Craft to any other guard in the Big Ten, past or present, when it comes to on ball defense. I have watched a line of Ohio State basketball over the years and I am having a difficult time trying to remember a better Big Ten defensive guard... maybe Gary Grant but no... not even he was as good as Craft.

I would vote Winfield, Ron Behagan, Corky Taylor, & Clyde Turner....one, two, three, four....etc. Nobody else would even be close to them.

Ok, how about this assessment: I haven't seen this kind of tempo since Havlechek and Gary Brads and Mateen from msu.
