PF/C Kosta Koufos (CSKA Moscow)

I remember not to recently, that a player like Koufos coming to tOSU would have been unthinkable, now its a given that Matta and company will continue to get the best players in Ohio to come to tOSU.

At this point, Kosta is the headliner of the 2007 class and hopefully he can not only help with Roe in the 2008 class but hopefully with Lauderdale and other potential targets.

You have to like Scout.com's analysis on Kosta.
Strengths: 3-point range
Areas for improvement: Perimeter Shot

OK, what is the difference between the "3-point range" and a "perimeter shot"? I would have thought that they are basically the same.

What a joke. Kosta looks to be a lot stronger than a lot of these big men coming out of high school, I mean he beat up on Lauderdale and they want to question his strength. Also one would think 3 pt. range and permimeter shot were the same thing.

I agree with Defensive presence, but we will see how he does over the summer when he is recovered from his foot injury.
