I know Pete Carroll isn't well liked by a lot of Ohio State fans, but this is an excellent video about some of the work he is doing with gangs in L.A., like the Crypts. Whether or not you like his style, gotta respect and applaud his heart and commitment to bringing hope in an otherwise hopeless situation.
We need more coaches and people like this in the world....
