How about the dumbasses that drive with their flashers on during a storm?

I see this way more often than I should. A. It's more dangerous to drive with the flashers on as no one knows if you are changing lanes. B. Everyone knows its storming out, and to drive more cautiously. C. If you're that nervous to drive in rain, snow, etc...get off the road and out of the way

It depends, if its just your average storm with typical visibility, yes, flashers aren't necessary. But when the visibility drops instantly down to 10 ft. or less on a highway as you're engulfed in a flash monsoon, you're asking for a crash if you don't turn them on whether you're pulling off or continuing to drive (at a greatly reduced speed).

I agree. If you are driving significantly below the speed limit on any road, put your flashers on. Especially when visibility is poor.

Disagree, if the weather is so bad on the highway that you have to drive at such a reduced speed, you shouldn't be driving at that moment.

I'm fine with flasher if on the side of the road, or accident or something of the like. But you shouldn't drive with your hazards on.

basically...drove home from work 2 days ago where it was raining, but not hard, as soon as I hit this bridge, it just freakin poured and couldn't see more than 10 ft in front of me, ended up going about 35 mph in a 55 zone...but once I went about a mile down the bridge, all of a sudden it stopped

gotta love florida weather

People who won't get out into the intersection when turning left. The light turns red and they just sit there. :mad1: :mad1: :mad1: :mad1: :mad1: :mad1: :mad1: :mad1:

This x1,000

One time a number of years ago, after sitting through two or three signal cycles with the timid idiot in front of me refusing to pull into the intersection, I actually got out of my car, walked up to their car, knocked on the window and told the driver in front of me "You know, it is perfectly safe and legal to enter an intersection on a green light then turn left once the light turns yellow/red and the oncoming traffic stops". Timid idiot heeded my advice the next cycle.

And promptly got run down by a semi blowing through a red light?

Same exact thing happened to me. There's some poorly designed busy streets here in Phoenix with no left turn arrows for green lights. I was behind this car that just couldn't or wouldn't make that left and I was sitting there for like 3 lights. I finally got out of my car to see if the person was still alive. It was this young woman who had just learned to drive and she was balling her eyes out because she was scared and didn't know what to do. At first she wanted me to make the turn for her but i coached her into how to pull into the middle of the intersection. She finally made it next light. There were some pissed off people behind her.

I hate it when someone at the office asks me "Would you like some ______?" and presents some sort of food item to me (usually fruit from their backyard, or a piece of cake because of a birthday, etc.), and when I say "No Thanks. I am not hungry" or just "No thanks" they then reply "Are you sure? It is really good" or "You are not going to eat?"

What part of "No Thanks" or "I am not hungry" has to be explained to these people? JFC, take "No" for an answer and go away.
