People to Punch, Pet Peeves, and General Vexations (mega-merge)

Dog owners who don’t pickup their dogs poop. You think I want to pickup the steaming pile of shit your dog left on my lawn. Have some fucking respect and decency for other folk.
it's funny how times have changed, when I was a kid we mostly kept our dogs in the back yard but my dad would also let them run free around the neighborhood when he was outside doing yard work or working on his truck. No collar nor leash. You don't see that anymore

Likewise, people who do pick it up but then walk up my driveway and bury it in the bottom of my trash can. I have a separate outdoor metal can for dog poop Karen, I don’t put it in my regular trash…and I sure as fuck don’t want yours :shake:

That was the neighborhood I grew up in. We all had dogs and no one tied them up. We just "let them out" and they roamed the block. Dogs would shit in whatever yard the urge hit them and no one came out with a pooper scooper. No one complained. You just hoped you never stepped in it, especially if it was from the big dog next door.

It did kinda suck when I stepped in a pile I knew didn't belong to mine when I was mowing the lawn, which I hated doing anyway.

How far up your driveway do people walk? I've thought about putting it in other people's trash cans when they're within reach of the sidewalk I'm on, but I've never done it. I mean, that's my trash - I'm not going to throw it in someone else's trash can. I'm especially not going to walk up someone else's driveway to throw it away there. I've seen people throw it away in other people's yard waste bags. Dude - that isn't yard waste.

My cans are next to the garage, so all the way up. Thing is, the silver outdoor can for that type of waste is literally right next to my regular trash can...they just put it in the regular one anyway. And if they didn't think they were doing anything wrong...why try to hide it? Every time, they try and bury it under something already in the can. It is infuriating.

I love the ones who speed way up when they see you try and pass, then slow way down as soon as you actually make it by. Yeah, die in a car fire.

I had sweet road justice last week. Dude was tailing me no matter which lane I was in. I’m not sure what I’d done to him. Eventually he slingshotted himself around me in a fit of rage. Next time I saw him, he had totaled his car in a field just outside Pickerington. Hate to see it. (He was walking around and seemed fine)
