Penn State Cult (Joe Knew)

Wasn’t that the kid that weighed 230 and looked like he needed a couple years to be ready to play?
I believe so, but don't remember that specifically. I just remember LJsr massively slow playing this kid, and offering him very late in the process, and barely giving him attention when he wanted to be a Buckeye

Yeah was a shame. Not sure how good he’ll be, but that’s the kind of player they should take if they’re not ponying up the NIL for recruits.

Remember when we had to have the best defensive player in college football transfer to us to get Knowles stupid complicated defense with it's own special positions to work?

You think Penn State will be willing to do that? Or have the money and recruiters to pull that off? We know Knowles had nothing to do with it because he refused to recruit.

Just watched their game against FIU from Saturday.

This is NOT the second best team in the country, they’re probably not in the top-5. They have a good pass rush and 2 good RBs, and that’s about it. Allar was slow to read things and off-target on several throws. They got some 4th down stops to prevent FIU from scoring. It was 20-0 with less than 4 minutes left, when Kaytron Allen broke a long TD and Chaz Coleman then returned a strip-sack to about the 5 to set up the last TD.

They blocked a punt, but had a long FG attempt blocked and hit 2 kickoffs out of bounds. The opponent needs to set the edge to not get gashed on outside running plays. Their WRs are a little better than last year’s but still aren‘t special.

I predict Oregon will make for a long afternoon in Unhappy Valley On Sept. 27th,

May I answer? Of course, it will be the refs and all the other stuff he mentioned.

That is why we have a PSU Ref Fund for some two decades now. Open your vwallets and hearts...it's Ref Fund time again!

Agreed - I watched it live and Allar is deep in his own head, bad...as in I don't know if he'll ever get it squared away upstairs. Chaz Coleman is a dude for sure though. Their fanbase is already preparing for the inevitable on Sep 27.

1. Zero points. You're doing it wrong. If it's the referees' fault, you can't also blame the other stuff.
2. The refs still owe me my refund for 2016. Or at least put my refund into the next year's fund. I'm not convinced they're doing their job so I don't think they want my money.
