This is just a few steps below an official "hit list" for the cult. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that one of the people on this list is murdered in the next couple of weeks. How much more until stuff like this counts as an actual threat?

So... The Big Ten was supposed to thank Joe Paterno for the idea of conference expansion. No one ever expanded a conference until Joe Paterno thought of that idea.
Conference championship game. "Thanks, Joe! We never would have thought of that without you."
Instant replay - Spartan Bob? Who's that?
Stripped Paterno's name from a trophy that he really didn't do much to deserve. It was the trophy they were going to give out for winning the conference championship game. Named after someone named Stagg (coached Chicago a million years ago) and Joe Paterno, who won a total of 3 championships in... what... 17 years? Remember that Jim Tressel won 7 championships in the 10 years prior to that. Whoever decided to put Paterno's name on the trophy in the first place should be executed. And I'm not even talking about Sandusky or any scandals or anything like that.

Reads like "Nixon's enemies list."

There's a lot of personality similarities between "Paterno Loyalists" and "<<<fill in embattled or disgraced Politician X here>>> Loyalists." Some people love their tribe.

I'd LOVE to know the political breakdown of "Paterno Loyalists", who they vote for. Would be interesting.

It's a cult of personality thing. You can see it today with Elon Musk and his twitter twin, Trump.
On the surface, appear very different... but underneath the rhetoric i see the same mechanisms and characteristics.
