I enjoy and am also afraid that there are people out there who find similarities between academic fraud and sexual abuse. They sarcastically claim that North Carolina is the campus with the football problem, and not Penn State. I think that the fact there are so many people making that argument shows that Penn State STILL doesn't get it. Will they ever?

Cults, by nature, are very jealous of those of us operating outside the seedy under-belly of society. They have ZERO shot at winning anything for 3 more seasons, by rule. Probably another 3-4 after that until they can think about being competitive again. Their class this year is a very good QB, an excellent TE, and a bunch of misfit toys. They're just [censored]ed. Minor loophole in the sanctions?
The other day, I read a posting elsewhere with the quoted wording of the sanctions.
I was surprised to see that the scholarship limits are specifically for football grant-in-aids, with no mention of limiting athletes with scholarships for other sports counting against this sanction limit...
...As a wild example, if a run-on like Kyle Searfoss, who is a good pitcher turns into a LB who will see playing time, could he go out for the baseball team, and earn a scholarship there, without affecting the FB limit? If so, what an oversight! ....
