Penn State Cult (Joe Knew)

I love it, Urban Meyer is overrated (let's not forget their dear leader wanted him to be his heir) and they don't even know if O'Brien can coach a game without peeing himself.

Oh, come on! They don't even care - the old coach couldn't coach a game with out shitting himself...

Its comedy how they think their offense is going to be "much better"

Crappy QB

no proven RB or much RB depth (lose best player on offense in Redd)

no proven WR (lose best WR to OKlahoma)

an oline going through an overhaul and inexperience

PLUS all of these players are learning a new scheme

somehow all of this in their minds = MUCH IMPROVED OFFENSE!
O'Blumpkin created Tom Brady, dude. He's a QB making machine.

That's the even funnier part, they actually think this

BOB The Knob coached the Patriots QBs from 2009-2011

Tom Brady burst onto the scene in 2001.......8 seasons before BOB The Knob became the QB coach for the Patriots

Me or you or even Taos could have been coaching the Patriots QBs since 09 and Brady would still be Brady, not much accomplishment there......Coaching a great player who was already great years before you got there does not make you a great coach

How about when BOB was the Georgia Techs QB coach/Assistant Coach/OC back in 02?

in 2002 Georgia Tech QB AJ Suggs completed 57% of his passes with 12 TD and 15 INT.....BOB sure coached him up!

he also did an awesome job as QB coach/OC at Duke in 2005....their QBs completed under 50% with 5 TD and 17 INT

What is it in the water that makes these people this fucking stupid?

Seriously. They can not really be this dumb.

According to their boards, Joe was THE leadership at PSU and all of that went out the door when they fired him. Yet,at the same time he was too old to remember anything including what "of a sexual nature" means in his testimony. Oh, he was confused, right? Well, which is it, pedsters? You can't have it both ways. Unless, of course, Dear Leader was truly a fraud, fooled everyone (like the tickle monster did) and put on whatever face he needed for the situation at hand to make himself look good.

Now, we have these same idiots looking at a decimated roster, whose remaining players are learning a totally new offensive scheme, going through a coaching change, tons of off the field turmoil surrounding the program, but through it all are going to win the AP National Championship and go undefeated.

In what fucking world do these brainiacs live?

Holy shit my head hurts from trying to follow their circular logic.

I don't watch any of the "reality shows"; however, here are some ideas for new shows that I might just watch:

The Biggest Loser BWI
Growing Up [strike]Gotti[/strike] Paterno
Survivor - Penn State Showers
[strike]Gene Simmons[/strike] Jerry Sandusky Family Jewels
I'm a [strike]Celebrity[/strike]football player - Get me out of [strike]here[/strike]Happy Valley
Keeping Up with the [strike]Kardashians[/strike]Penn State Board of Trustees

Ped Aggy depth chart...

http://media.scout.com/Media/Doc/109/1099425.pdf

That's a 4-5 win team, minus all the turnover/distractions/new staff/new system. They can predict all the 10 win, undefeated seasons they want, but that is 4-5 win talent. Their front-7 is average. Their defensive backfield looks like scUM circa 2008-10. That's not even addressing the mess on offense. I call 4-8, but if they lose to Ohio, things could nosedive into 2-10, 1-11 territory.

Like I said, if they win 7 games, Bartholemew O'Brinkman deserves coach of the year.

This team doesn't have any true confidence. Right now, it's all bluster and "us against the world" bravado. Their confidence is a mile wide and an inch deep. If FredOU pulls this off and then they lose on the road to UVA, I think it's all over. They have Navy the next week, and that's a loss. 0-3 out of the blocks, and they're struggling to pull one out of their ass against Indiana or Temple.

I would never root for a MAC (Fredo no less) win against the Big Ten, but this is an exception. The conference won't take any real perception hit because of Penn State's sanctions, and it will absolutely crush their season.

They have three tight ends listed as starters.

Talk about McButt Chinsky over reacting to one year of TEs exploding in the NFL. I'm sure Penn State's TEs are comparable to Hernandez and Gronkowski and can be equally effective. Offensive genius!!!

The same circular logic that they use to tout the value of their PSU education and while calling some of their most accomplished Alumni who sit on the BOT incompetent idiots.

scUM circa 2008-2010 had more talent then State Penn currently does....IMO

don't tell their fans that though

We just keep flying under everyone's radar. I'm fine with that! This is more fuel for this team and will make them work even harder to prove all the doubters wrong.

Ugh people. This team has a lot of talent and finally good offensive coaches. We have won with just D for years but now should have an O.
