There was a post a few days back stating that the NCAA will be responsible when other schools heap on verbal abuse and "force" Penn Staters to defend themselves with physical violence.

Too bad OSU is their only big home game next season. I was hoping scum or Wiscy would get the honor of going into that hellhole first. Better spring for extra security.
