Penn State fans have to know this was as good as it gets. Deep down they know they are screwed. This was a fluke.

13-3 sounds decent but their best win was Illinois at home? The playoff run was SMU and Boise - give me a break. I’m not sure either are better wins.

Once again they lost to every team with a pulse. And it will always be that way.

Peeked at their schedule last night. Next year is going to be more of the same. There's 2 losses against the 2 good teams they play. Maybe @Iowa depending on the cancer ward that day. So at worst they'll have 3 losses and a barrel of wins against nobodies and will want back in the playoffs again. 2 losses probably gets them another home game. Hopefully the CFP will have restructured the seeding, so maybe they get bounced earlier.

Honestly, besides Daryl Clark and Michael Robinson, the PSU QB room is bare since I've been watching. Anthony Morelli threw more TDs to the Buckeyes than his own teammates.
