I don't believe the rail.......sorry....The Rail™ was ever physically used for those things. I do believe it was used to stretch and limber up beforehand, though.

Lucky for Mr. Slade, Penn State is the same as Ivy League so he could pretty much go wherever he wants. Does Oxford have a football team. American football?
