So is this the same thing or were there two seperate investigations by PSU and police? Cause the timelines don't match.

I'd like to see the reports of whatever investigations that have been performed released publically, they can redact names. Just because the Centre County DA chooses not to prosecute doesn't mean that some seriously wrong stuff didn't happen.

Recruits must not be shown that part during visits. Why would anyone commit there otherwise? Why would anyone commit there without the hazing, actually?

This is the kind of shit that gets coaches and ADs fired (and rightfully so). That said, I fully expect Franklin and their AD (whoever it is) to survive unscathed because...... PedState.
Of course, their dumbass fans will continue to wonder why their school, team and fanbase is among the most disliked in the country. They'll continue to play the victim (or whatever you want to call them) regarding calls going against them, scheduling gripes or any perceived slight at all.
