It's such BS, if Sandusky is really guilty (and I believe John Ziegler and Mark Pendergrast have put out a convincing case that he is not), the men who accused Sandusky of sex acts were 14-17 at the time. Pedophilia is defined as attraction to pre-pubescent children. I thing everybody is still clinging to the "10-year old boy in the shower myth" which has been demonstrably debunked.
I think Sandusky is guilty.
I think that Curley and Spanier should have called the police. I don't think that their lack of reporting was necessarily criminal, but their duties were to Penn State and they should have simply called the police and let them know that MM saw something, even if MM wasn't sure of what he saw.
Regardless of Sandusky's overall innocence or guilt, there is no chance he assaulted a boy in the Lasch building shower in 2001.

I just love how their statements of fax (and evidents) include so many "I assume", "I think" & " I believe" phrases.....
It's still a disgrace that the NCAA didn't salt the Earth in Rhythmic Slappy Valley when they had the chance.
Jets rookie quarterback Christian Hackenberg has yet to to play a snap through two preseason games. He was supposed to play on Friday night, but didn’t.
Why?
“Coach’s decision,” Todd Bowles, said after the game.
Normally this wouldn’t be a big deal, even with Hackenberg being a second-round pick. But when pressed for more details,Bowles continued to dance around the question.
(moar...)
