It is the TIMING of the calls that is most important.

They saved Ohio State with the phantom hold in Madison last week. Wisky was heading into FG range and they knew it,. It was time to do something and they did.

yep. The cheating refs needed a way to help us stop their last drive, so they overturned an actual INT and then called a phantom hold.

The holding penalty in last years OSU game when Quon ran 50 yards for TD to give us the lead, we were playing great at the time. That started the downfall. Not saying we win game but completely changed momentum.

Ohio State got called for first holding penalty in like 5 years in conference play last year.

I find it funny when people exaggerate enough that they start believing the exaggeration, and then they exaggerate on the "new truth". Ohio State went one year without a holding call with an excellent offensive line. How did that become "like 5 years"? I guess it's the same as the "full 5 seconds" we got in 2014 when trying that field goal. Watch the clock. It's 2 seconds. Yeah - should have been flagged. But you aren't winning any support when you lie.

Edit - As BN27 pointed out (next post), it was one year without holding in conference play. Not even a full year.

It was no holding during conference play, also. We were called for holding in one of the non-conference games. Other than that, though.....yeah. 5 years.

Bah. I also get annoyed at "Urban is a big jerk. He challenged the spot when we tried to convert a fourth down when he's already up by 40 points."
Shut your turd-trap. The replay showed your guy didn't get the first down. If you don't like it, maybe he should have gotten the first down. Do you expect Urban Meyer to disrespect his own players by showing them that he'd rather let the other team score some points than let them make the defensive stop?
