Penn State Cult (Joe Knew)

Are they still going on about...well...everything? I've pretty much stopped paying attention to the mutants.

I saw that too. They're complaining about thread view or something. Maybe they should go back to ESPN's Boards, since they're so much easier to understand.
Maybe that's why that board was always such a headache to read. I could never figure out why they responded in the title line so much, if that's gone it will make my lurking and mocking that much easier.

All the old-timers over there were stuck in 1996 and using thread view instead of topic view........you know, the way almost every interwebz forum is set up now.
they are having complete meltdowns over the change, and STILL starting thirty topics on the same subject. The most brilliant, bestest college grads(blessed by Joesus himself) can't figure it out. It's pretty humorous reading over there right now.

So BWI changed its format. Or is that Rivals? Anyway, nobody over there seems to be happy. I guess there used to be a setting that no longer exists. I don't understand what's so different, actually. You click on a post and then you read the thread. The end. What am I missing?
They're so dumb they actually enjoyed the format where all you saw was the title and one post, and then had to click a million times to read the thread. Why that was called thread view is beyond me. I never understood why people like that format.

I had actually never seen a forum that wasn't a VB/BB/etc. style before I ran across DPReview, and I absolutely HATE when I'm trying to find equipment info over there. I don't understand how that is easy or more "enjoyable" to use. Just a gigantic pain in the ass.

This format change might just get me through this week.

(Same thread)

readers will get to decide if they miss experienced football fans who have been part of the penn state story since the 60s or prefer kids who have little or no idea what joe paterno was all about. time will tell.

Now we're going to forget about Joe because of topic view?
