Three drives stalled by drops and that awful missed PI call. Gotta execute in the second half, defense is on fire. PSU 0/7 on third downs

Yep with Stroud or fields this is 24-6 or more at half. But he's a young pup just needs to settle down. Weird thing with McCord is he seems to settle down then just get too amped or start falling away for no reason. Unlike most QBs who once they settle in they stay thereYeah its been McCord. They've run the ball a bit better than expected. Really need to build on the lead to start the 2nd half.
The defense is playing well, need to offense to step up.
Great point Fungo.
And PSU has 2 timeouts left. McCord has not been good and one incomplete pass and PSU can force OSU to punt and they have an excellent punt returner. Even a decent return puts them near field goal range. If It was at the 30+ yard line, I could see being aggressive, but not that close to the goal line. Not to mention McCord’s proclivity for putting the ball on the ground. The risk greatly outweighs the reward, in m
You're standing in urine. In all the billions and billions of things that have been posted on the internet, that is a sentence never before written!
I would have been tempted to do what they do in the Pros when they really don't want to go.Anyone who doesn’t like taking a knee…what was the PSU’s best chance at a TD so far? Hint-it wasn’t with their offense on the field. In a 10-6 game there’s no decision there..it’s always a knee
Yeah I was thinking if youre at the 35 or so and can take a chunk underneath the coverage and burn a timeout and there's a bunch of options from midfield to run different stuffAnd PSU has 2 timeouts left. Couldn't disagree more. That is way too conservative. You play to win the game. If you're afraid to try to get 3 before the half with 3 TOs, you're setting the wrong toneAnyone who doesn’t like taking a knee…what was the PSU’s best chance at a TD so far?
