I haven't really caught the game. I just read through the reddit game thread to catch up, and all I got was "refs suck and are against Penn State" over and over. Has the calling been bad this game or is this just the exactly-as-expected penn state fanbase stuff?

I'd say OSU has gotten the benefit on a couple calls, mainly the no call on the pass interference on Roby. There have definitely been some non-calls for offensive holding, but that applies to both teams equally, in my IMO. WThey can say Marcus Hall should have been flagged for targeting, but so should Adrian Amos, so I'd consider those a wash. Who knows what else they are whining about?
